Save our Beds
The future of rehabilitation beds at Ellen Badger Hospital and Stratford Hospital are under threat. Two proposals are being consulted on, and both would leave our communities worse off.
Option A reduces beds at Stratford and Leamington Spa and leaves Ellen Badger Hospital with 12 beds, while Option B shuts down all rehabilitation beds at Ellen Badger entirely. Both options threaten local healthcare access, particularly for rural residents and those who rely on nearby services.
This is not just about numbers – it’s about fairness, access, and keeping healthcare local. Our communities deserve better.
Save our Beds
Warwickshire's communities will not be pit against each other. The ICB's proposal to remove beds from our hospitals is a threat to our local health service and local people. We call for the development of a new, community-centered plan that maintains and enhances rehabilitation services in Warwickshire and ensures fair access for all residents, especially those in rural areas.
